Robert Varrasso is CEO and Director with over 25 year’s experience in the building constructions industry. Licenced builder and member of associated industries his knowledge and craft of construction and business management exceed those of his peers. With years of experience in medium density construction to custom home builds. Robert is also a qualified carpenter by trade and has vast knowledge in building
construction.
Hong Luo
Hong Luo draws on over 20 years of experience in the property and construction industry. Graduating from University of London before moving back to China to work in major construction companies such as of Dashan Jiahua and Jiali Group as building and constructing manager in commercial constructions projects such as hotels and shopping centres. Hong now resides in Melbourne Australia where he is the director and chairman of the organisation.
Gavin
Gavin has been working in the construction industry and infrastructure sector for nearly 20 years with an excellent track record as a project manager and cost manager. He has experienced with a very diverse range of projects such as hydropower projects, road and bridge projects, water supply and irrigation projects, and building projects. Gavin also has sound knowledge and experience with a variety of projects delivery methods and contract types such as fixed price, design and build, EPC, BOT and alliancing. At Bello Constructions, Gavin leads the company’s cost and contract management. Gavin also offers feasibility study, project development consultation services and project management advices to clients. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Management (Construction Management), a PhD (Research Interests: Cost management, project procurement & delivery, contracting method, transaction cost economics) from RMIT, and is a member of AIQS.

Construction Team
Led by a senior builder who has over 20 years’ experience in both commercial and residential building projects, our reliable and professional construction team consists of project managers, experienced site supervisors, estimators, purchasing specialist and administrators. The experienced team work closely with suppliers/subcontractors, architects and engineers in serving the needs of clients, ensuring we deliver quality, cost efficiency and timely projects to our clients.
Estimating Team
Our estimating team consists of a quantity surveyor and experienced estimators. They estimate and monitor construction costs, from the feasibility stage of a project through to the completion of theconstruction period.
At feasibility stage, our team use their knowledge of construction methods and costs to advise the owner on the most economical way of achieving their requirements. During design, our estimators assist owners to ensure that the design remains on budget through cost management. On completion ofdesign, the team may prepare a construction quote to owners and may price alternatives for consideration, which is issued with the specifications. During construction, our estimators work closely with owners, architects, financiers, engineers, contractors and suppliers to make sure owner’s requirements are met in a cost-efficient way.
Admin Team
Chiara from administration will handle your build from the building permit stage, site supervisor support, through to maintenance of the homes with the goal to make it a seamless process.
We work alongside your architect and engineers in order to obtain your building permit taking the pressure off you all the way right through to handover with yourself or your buyers.
